New installation Centos - temp. licence

Hello,

I've got lifetime licence for DA. Now, I have to move my all data from old server to the new one (faster, better, etc), so I've asked DA Support for new temporary licence for other IP (193.46.187.16).
Everything seems to be OK - licence is active and valid.


When I'm trying to install DA on new machine, I get ""You are not authorized to download the update package with that client
id and license id for this IP address. Please email [email protected]"

I wrote to DA and they said me, that "You created the license as 193.46.187.16 but our logs show the license request coming from: 193.46.187.1 ", but propably this is not true.

I tested it on http://whatismyip.com (Lynx) and it shows correct IP.
I tested it on wget (I tried to download some files from other web-server) and the logs also shows correct IP.

I send that information to the DA support, but I didn't get the answer.

What should I do? Any ideas ? This is quite important for me.

When you ran installation script, what ip did it show on your interface?

It shows correct IP (193.46.187.16).

Before (4 days ago), I tried to install DA on 193.46.187.1, but that was ONLY one attempt.
Maybe DA Support found that IP in logs..... but now I've got IP witch match to the licence.
