Dear all,

DA need a clean OS before install DA. SO Clean OS mean do not install any of the application below right?

DNS Name server
FTP Server
Legacy Network Server
Mail Server
MySQL Database
Network Server
News Server
PostgreSQL Database
Printing Support
Server Configuration Tools
Web Server
Windows file server

So If we install clean OS then we follow the DA installation guide is it ok?

Btw, to install the DA we need a fix IP before we install DA? Or can i set up at home with dynamic IP then move to my datacenter only configure back the IP?

OS i use will be centOS 5

Thanks alot

P/S: Is it possible to use Server GUI in centOS 5 and install DA in server GUI?

We install the CentOS nameserver (so it's there), and PostgreSQL (so it's there), though the latter isn't needed/used. Then following the DA Installation guide will give you a DA install.

DirectAdmin needs a static routable IP# for installation and needs to be on the same IP# in order to run into the future. You can install CentOS at home, then install the server, and do the DA install over the network.

I don't know what you mean by Server GUI.

Hi All,

My DirectAdmin is configured by my host master, after he finished the configuration, i can't see much of links inside the control panel.

Does anyone here could help me to troubleshoot this issue?

Please look at the images below,

In "Domain Panel" i cannot see the links such as "Domain Setup", "Login History", "DNS Management", "Support Center", "Create/Restore Backups", "FTP Management", MySQL Management and etc..., why i cannot see them in my control panel?

My english is not good, hope u all don't mind~
Thanks
