In "IP Manager" I added new IP next I assigned this IP to reseller. I don't know why I can be able set this IP only oner user. If I want to assing to second user this option isn't appear.(I have only one resller).

for example, if my IP server is shared and I want this user to use an additional IP address, how do I set it in DA? as below screen?

Normally you assign an IP to a reseller and the reseller can assign this ip to 1 user.
Sorry for my first post because it wasn't complete. I added new address IP and I have set this IP as a share so then I tried assign IP two several users however option was available only one person.

After assign IP to user and after 24 hours domain which has new IP still show default notice not content from public_html.

and I have set this IP as a share
On reseller level or on admin level? It must be free at admin level and reseller level before you begin.
Then on reseller level you can set it to shared and after that assign it to multiple users.
Be aware that the reseller must be the creator of the user you want to share the ip with.

1.) Ensure the Creator of the User has a free IP available. Go to Reseller Level -> IP Management ensure you see an IP with status "free". If you do, skip to step 3. NOTE: If you wish to assign a User to a shared IP, ensure the IP is set to "shared" before assigning it to a User. Only shared or server IPs can have multiple Users assigned to them.
and
At this step, we assume the the Reseller has a free IP available. To assign that IP to the User to use, go to Reseller Level -> List Users -> username -> Modify User username select the free IP and click "save". The free IP will not have the word "Shared" beside it.
Do you see the shared status there?

After assign IP to user and after 24 hours domain which has new IP still show default notice not content from public_html.
Did you doublecheck from a differnet place (not your server)?
Check from home (or another server or vps) with the nslookup domain.com command.
Does it point to the assigned ip or to the wrong ip?
You also changed the ip's in the DNS records of the user/domain?

Ok, my mistake. The first I don't click shared to IP but first I assigned to some user so after that I couldn't be able change to shared. After remove IP from user, option shared IP was starting work.

Obviously I checked on another network, many times I check DNS records and all and there are correct set. nslookup show new IP.

No, I have still an issue with new IP because domain has new IP but it is not loading.

In that case (you checked ip to domain you said) it seems that the virtualhost is still using the old ip. Try this:
Code:
cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build rewrite_confs

If after that it still not works, then I'm out of options, somebody else has to answer or you have to send in a ticket.

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build rewrite_confs
using these commands don't resolve the problem :( I'm going to send ticket to my IP provider, maybe problem exist from their side.

Since the ip resolves to your domain name, then imho it must be a DA issue not a ip provider's issue. Because since it resolves, it reaches the DA server. So I would suggest to send in a ticket with DA instead.

The problem was by side my IP provider because address IP which set assign from another class IP. New adress IP works.
