New license can't access 2222

I just purchased a new license after wrestling with that Personal license. Now it doesn't connect on port 2222. I keep getting connection reset. I followed this as well, https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=75

I think it is listening on ipv6, anyone know how to get it back to ipv4?
