New Server and OS 64bit DA Not working

I have a lifetime license
And I changed my server operating system and I want that the license supports this
Now I have a Linux Centos 6.2 - 64bit
I can not install DIRECTADMIN
All my clients do not work for more than 12 hours for your license
Please take care of that I'm missing out on that a lot of money

Why your support is so slow? It's server business and not child's play

I would suggest to use safe submit, and, check in client area if the OS has been updated and you didnt get the email.
