New server ip

Hi,

first of all, i've searched history and haven't found relevant info about this one so i hope i'm not spamming.

So basically our server (FDC) has been upgraded and therefore ip address was changed. I changed corresponding IPs at domain registrar (dns zone) and was waiting for it to update but found out it's not working. So i looked at dns management of some of my websites in DA and saw all these entries with old IPs. So it looks like DA isn't updated. Should I manually overwrite everything or is there any simpler solution? I tried change IP in IP management section, but it said there already is this new IP address, so i'm kinda lost

Any tips?

Hello,

Use this /usr/local/directadmin/scripts/ipswap.sh

Usage:

/usr/local/directadmin/scripts/ipswap.sh <oldip> <newip> [<file>]

to change an IP on your server and note to request IP change in directadmin license.
