New subdomains do not function

Dear all.
I have created a subdomain which functions properly:
virtual.hitopex.com
But any new subdomain do not function properly though all DNS and the rest of the records such as A records are all exactly like the first subdomain which is still functioning properly.
The following is the new subdomain which cannot function:
academy.hitopex.com
Would you please give me a hand to resolve the issue?

You use hetzner DNS, add your subdomain there
Or change dns to your DA server
