I just uploaded files for 3 websites to my "domains" folder, want to make the visable to the public etc. where do i need to copy my files to to do so and do i copy all related files(images and html..etc)?

To the public_html folder within the domains/domain.tld/ directories (if you're using the default FTP account).
Personally, I add more FTP users for each site and point them to the domains/domain.tld/ directory straight, that way, no-one can get confused..... HTH
