New to DA on a Bare metal

Hi guys recently i decided to switch one of my 15 servers from cpanel to DA to familiarize before changes the other server to it.

Is there any tuto about how properly configure my bare metal with all the service like FTP, Exim, custom nameservers
ns1/ns2/ns3.myserver.net

There was Eva2000 guide but it seems supper complicated and maybe scare off some potential customers.....

follow the docs (auto install - one line command)

You can create custom options.conf and placed in correspond folder (/usr/local/directadmin/custombuild/options.conf with some settings if you want auto setup to install particular things

then

Install SSL for the host name


go to Custombuild plugin and choose other options you want to have




also install ccache before you start the install it will save time on recompiling
 
FTP, Apache, Exim etc. will be installed automatically for you.
Like already stated you can use the options.conf to configure several things yourself.
Custom nameservers are easy to be done,

However there are always a lot of options you can use or configure too.

Since i posted this thread i felt very sick i dont know if i have a cold or its C19, when i get better i let all you know how come with the server configuration.
 
I feel better today, i'm little lost with the steps Setting up nameservers with Godaddy
The thing that i dont know is on which domain setup the A records and the NS records
my main domain is scefrapcore.net
and my hostname is core.scefrapcore.net
I have setup this on my main domain zone
scefrapcore.net. NS ns1.
scefrapcore.net. NS ns2.

ns1 3600 A 184.95.32.85
ns2 3600 A 184.95.32.86

And on my hostname zone i have this 2 records that i have not added

core.scefrapcore.net. NS ns1.scefrapcore.net.
core.scefrapcore.net. NS ns2.scefrapcore.net.

I forget to say that i have already setup the glue records on Godaddy

Thank you all guys the problem was fixed, there was a wrong config line on named.conf file, it's fixed and now i'm able to ping my server ips and domains.
