New User - Help

Can anyone help?

I am a novice at web sites. I cannot log into my site from my PC and neither can a couple of friends on their PC's. However, I can from the library and other friends can too. Why is this? Is it my internet settings? but then why can some get into it and not others? I am confused. Website is www.alexandramassey.com if this helps with the answer.


I am a customer and the person who devised my site has given me this forum link from which to get help.

I tried pinging your site and got nothing but Timed outs!

all i can think of is your firewall is causing the problem! contact your Host

It is working for me. The problem may be your nameservers.

Better get those problems cleared up as this may be the cause. Maybe some dns servers can handle the problem and others can not, causing it to work for some and not for others.
