New User Wecome email

When I set up a new account and domain a New User Welcome message appears with login/settings info. It gives the following info with the correct domain and IP but for the login section it should say https. Where do I change this?

To log in immediately, follow this link, using your username and password:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xx:2222

Once your domain resolves, you will be able to follow this link:

http://www.mydomain.net:2222

Go to create a new user and and click on Edit User Message. Save and you are good to go.
