What kind of help do you need and which Directadmin license did you buy?
i bought vps service but i have not managed to point my domain to the server to get it working

Oke so you got your DA license from Transip. So Transip should give this support in this case (or their support forum).
But never mind I gave you some help via PM, that should fix the DNS issues.
