newbie needs help.about ssh and zend.

hello,everyone
i am a newbie on php and DA.i get a web space using DA.
the ssh stat is off.
now i need ssh function for online unzip.and my web script need Zend Optimizer.
i search "ssh" "zend" around the forum but the results are not what i need.
what should i do?
could you give me help step by step?

Are you sure you need SSH for your web script to install properly? It's likely that you can unzip everything yourself and upload the contents either via DA for ftp. As for Zend, the best you can do is to ask your provider to install it for you, if they don't know how tell them to search these forums theres loads of walkthroughs etc.
