I have used shared server space before,
and that always involved the provider
setting up the reseller account.

I have looked around on this forum and have not seen this question:

Is there a resource that lays out what steps to take ( & in what order ) to get
a reseller set up?

Hello

Simple just click on 'Manage Reseller Packages' and create one or more packages for your resellers.

Then click on 'Create Reseller' and fill out the form.

Done.
