newbie question - time problem

I have a forum site running vBulletin as well, but the new vBulletin versions take the time from the server and display it.

The time apparently is set very wrong in my server, and no matter what I try to do on the vB control panel nothing works, and all the posts are in the wrong time no matter what time zone the users choose.

How can I fix this? Is it something that the hosting company needs to do or what?

Please any help will be appreaciated.

Yes, you're hosting company needs to set the time correct on the server, you might need to alter the timezone (if the server is in a different timezone than you).
