1. I think to buy a Lifetime License soon
but i don't see about upgrade price?

2. about testing DA
if i buy one Lifetime License for webhosting and use the same Lifetime License to test about install new program, new os etc. on my home network. can i do that!

2. No. A license is locked in to a single server. Reissuing a license requires contacting DirectAdmin.
Additionally, DirectAdmin can not run on a network that is behind a router. The server must be connected to the external IP address that DirectAdmin is licensed for.
