newly made sub-domain doesntwork

Hey DA pros

I had made a new sub-domain for my default domain "http://www.fragginggeezers.com". when i try for go to it fragginggeezers.com/sub-domain. i get an error telling me that i dont have access to this server. I checked and the permissions are good. do i need to do something else to get my sub to work. i run a couple of game server and run custom maps. sounds. ect. the sub-domain is for when clients join my game server and dont have the map that is currently running they get redirected to my pending sub to download the maps they need. How can i make the files accessable for them to get bacause the server isnt pointing to them or something..

Any help would be gr8

if you are getting 403 Forbidden....subdomain is working

you get 403 because there's no index.* in the folder......

thanks for your reply. im new at this web stuff. do you mean that i dont have a web page on that sub? or do i have to create an index,, and if i do how do i do that? lol i tried again and im getting 404 error was gettings both 403 and 404. I play counter-strike source and play with custom maps on my server. the game uses a sv_downloadurl "http://bla bla bla.com/css/"
I put my maps and sounds in that sub-domain in the publec html/css ctrike/map cstrike/sounds etc. so i dont know if thats all i have to do get the clients to connect to my domain server to get maps.

I see that lotta yous are looking at post but not replying. i guess that lotta you dont have any idea what im talking about or dont want to help. Well im still trying to figure this stuff out, looking on this forums. looking everywhere but not finding anything. i made the subdomain so i could link the url from my game to the files clients need to d/l from my web server. is this just not possible or what??????????

please help
