Nginx_Apache How to install ngx_pagespeed

I'm using Nginx_Apache and PHP-FPM.

How to install mod ngx_pagespeed?

When I'm build nginx_apache, this is problem.

Currently ModSecurity is compatible with Apache webserver only. ModSecurity requires APR & apache libraries for installation.

How can I build nginx_apache with modsecurity?
What i'm missing? and Can you help me fix it?

CustomBuild 2.0 is not yet ready to scan everything "in front of Apache" using mod_security It should be nginx scanning all the incoming requests.
