Nightly cronjob gives errors

Since a while i'm getting a mail every morning @ 4:00 with the following:

Subject : Cron <root@lupsrv01> run-parts /etc/cron.daily

/etc/cron.daily/prelink:

/etc/cron.daily/prelink: line 47: 24287 Aborted /usr/sbin/prelink -av $PRELINK_OPTS >>/var/log/prelink.log 2>&1

What is causing this error or how can i prevent it from happaning ?

I get this error as well.

You don't tell us anything about your OS Distribution.

Which may be just as well, as this is an OS issue and should probably be addressed in a forum for your OS.

I'm running CentOS 4.4 with the latest kernel. Thanks Jeff, I'll try doing a Google search.

i'm also using CentOS, i try to figure it out.

Did anyone ever figure this out? I get the same error with CentOS 5.3.
