No Access

Hi
I am using CentOS 4.3
New install of DA
Can access control panel locally
Can ping the server from XP
Cannot access the control panel from XP ie http://66.66.66.66:2222
Have been told possibly firewall problem but know next to nought abt linux to get it sorted though learning slowly.
Can anyone help please.
