No (Creator Duplicate) welcome email received...

Hi,
I have a few servers all running Direct Admin and one (only one) server is having this problem.

When I setup a new client:
The client receives the "Welcome Email" perfectly.
But I DON'T receive "Creator Duplicate" copy of the welcome email.
(I do on all my other servers).

Is there a setting that I am missing somewhere ? It's got me stumped

Check the mail log for "Creator Duplicate" and see where it is sending it.

Found it...

Hi Floyd,
I found the log.

In the log file it says "Unrouteable address" at the end of the line??? This is so strange because I have 5 servers and they ALL go to the same email address and the other servers forward the "Creator Duplicate" email perfectly.

The email spelling is correct (I double checked it), but the email isn't arriving?

Does anyone else know if there is a setting I can check, or a setting I have missed?

It was a firewall issue.
