Problem with email

Once I get a new client, additives in DirectAdmin, no email is sent with the credentials to the new customer.

DirectAdmin: Last Updated Sat Feb 25 10:28:01 2017
Compiled on CentOS 6.0 64-Bit
Last Updated Sat Feb 25 10:28:29 2017

There are some errors in the following file Mainlog.

2017-02-26 13:36:53 1chF4D-000Cpy S3 ** [email protected] F = <>: Unrouteable address

2017-02-26 14:51:53 cwd = / var / spool / exim 2 args: / usr / sbin / exim -qG

Please give your opinion in this, what and how to solve this problem.

Forgot to mention it.

After a completely new Re-deploy, VPS or reinstall join this mistake all right as soon as DirectAdmin comes online.

When Message System I always correct the incorrect e-mail address, to the correct e-mail. Email a copy of all messages to [email protected]

Then at Reseller Level> Add New User
I fill out the appropriate information from the customer, including email address. But once I used the Submit button, the new user will not receive credentials.

The server may not yet have installed the following plugins.

Administrator Settings
Config Server Firewall & Security

So it's a completely new clean install.

Hello,

You need to check exim logs and analyze more lines from there.

Anyway "Unrouteable address" might denote that you have issues with connectivity (connections to remote TCP 25 blocked on your server, by your provider or your IP blocked at a destination server) and/or DNS resolvers.

In the file File Editor> /ect/exim.conf
However, the following described in the exim file

# See ook check_recipient second ruleset

daemon_smtp_ports = 25: 26: 465: 587
