No "Forwarders" in E-Mail Managment

Sorry for simple question: I am new one here.

Why do I see only this positions in E-Mail Management

E-Mail Accounts
Catch-All E-Mail
Vacation Messages
Spamassassin Setup
SPAM Filters
Webmail: Squirrelmail
Webmail: Roundcube

I DO NOT see "Forwarders" , "Autoresponders".

How can I fix it. I have the admin rights.

Which skin are you using? If you use for example the enhanced skin which is present by default, the forwarders and autoresponders should be present. So I think the issue might be the skin you are using.

You won't see a Forwarders link if your user account has 0 allowed forwarders in its settings or package.
