I created a new user account with 0 FTP accounts but even so i can use the main ftp account. Not listed on the FTP accounts in DA panel and not listed in /etc/proftpd.passwd
i dont think this is in the correct forum... but to answer your question simply edit the /etc/ftpusers and add the user who you dont want having ftp access.
