Solved No letsencrypt after moving domain from reseller to user

sdomain.nl was skipped due to unreachable http://sdomain.nl/.well-known/acme-challenge/ file.
www.sdomain.nl was skipped due to unreachable http://www.sdomain.nl/.well-known/acme-challenge/ file.
No domains pointing to this server to generate the certificate for.

The cert however is then best match that from the hostname which is wrong. (vps.sdomain.nl)

Latest DA on CENTOS 8 installed today for hostname LE on command line it is however ok

So could it be problem the domain is moved from reseller to user. (ipv4 and ipv6)?

Error stays also for other domains no letsencrypt possible.

So also other domains, server LE on hostname ( no domain itself but serv.domain.nl) is working !

Domain itself Is in >virtual and domains and domainowners

Directadmin.conf: letsencrypt=1

External DNS! But for hostname it works with the command line script from docs DA. and Domains resolving

Solved but not understanding why i had to run this twice, remark is that after running first ( one time) there was a letsencrypt update so maybe therefore had to run this procedure twice?

Ofcourse read above (and wait enough time domains are resolving but that was not the problem here.)
