No old user selection in the database

I have a problem, I bought a new server with DA, but unfortunately, when creating the database, I cannot choose the user created earlier. This is the first time I see something like this. How to create 100 databases for 1 user from the DA level?

Create the database with new user

then click on the database and click add existing user

P.S. my front ender sitting next to me begging you to choose other DA skin (no hard feelings)

If you already have database account information, you could use API to do this.. with that 100 database, it could be less than 15-30 seconds.
