If I got you right, what you need to do is contact the current DNS provider of dominio.net domain and get them to point www A record to your dedicated server IP.
But if you are also providing the email hosting get them to change the MX record as well to point to your server.
I would rather suggest you to login to the current registrar of the domain and change the DNS to your DNS servers. I hope you are running DNS server on ur Machine as this will give you better control over the domain DNS
