no sending bandwith e-mails to users

Hello, it can get the user_limit to work. We have set all user bandwith to say 20.000 mb and then DA should e-mail the users when the limit comes up right? DA does not send the e-mail tot the users. Should we setup somenthing else maybe the suspent at limit? This option is off in our setup. Please advice.

I guess you should at least try and enable "the suspent at limit".
...and check exim logs.
