No SSL option

Under the User -> mydomain.com -> Advanced Features, I don't see any SSL option. Is it somewhere else? It's enabled under the reseller packages as well.

Most likely it's not enabled in the domain itself. Go to Domain Setup, at Secure SSL check the box.

I don't even have that option.

Then it's not enabled in the package or something went wrong. Check your package settings and verify via SSH at the reseller account:
Check /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/reselleraccountname/reseller.conf
and for the user:
/usr/local/directadmin/data/users/accountname/user.conf
if you find the SSL=ON setting.
