Case #1
Disabling stats doesn't work, DA insists on using webalizer links

Expected result
There should be no links to any page or DA commands from the stats page
Actual result
Calls are made to webalizer which isn't even installed.

Being able to load a custom stats page would be useful as there are several tools which can be used to day to generate stats from logs.

awstats=0
webalizer=0
stats=mystatsfolder
Expected result
Clicking on the domain name in the list would load index.html from the folder indicated in the config.
