Hi all,

After a problem with the disk usage, I'm having still a problem... I have nog webalizer stats.

When I go to webalizer, I get this:
File does not exist

Details

You must wait for the stats to be computed. This will only happen *after* logs exist (domain must resolve and be used).

Info for Admins: Downloading a new webalizer binary

I have downloaded a new binary with this guide (this one: http://files.directadmin.com/services/es_5.0_64/webalizer)
I have done this already 2 times last week, but still I have no stats.

I'm using: Directadmin v1.31.2
OS: CentOS 5.0 64 bit.

Thanks,
Kris

Same issue here... I just removed the plug-in for awstats so that might be the cause but I am not getting anything.

Anyone, help?!?!

Today my server will be reinstalled, even the OS (due to a problem with a wrong raid).
When I still have this problem, I'll report here again ;)

Hi all,

After the server re-install, I'm still having the same problem.
I've installed the awstats plugin, thats working fine. Webalizer not.

I hope anyone has a idea... :)

Thanks,
Kris

Little bump...

When I trie to run ./webalizer in /usr/bin I get:

./webalizer: line 1: syntax error near unexpected token `newline'
./webalizer: line 1: `<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 3.2 Final//EN">'

What about you, Phil?

Edit: when I run ./build webalizer in /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild I get:
Trying to make webalizer...
make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found. Stop.

Any idea?

pwitchdocter,

I have installed that plugin, but I'm still having the same problem...
Have you done something more?

After installing, I selected Awstats, tested and they were working fine. I then went back in to the control panel and switched back to Weblazer and low and behold, they now worked. However, compared to Awstats, they are pretty crappy, so I switched back to Awstats where I've now left it.

True :) but, is it possible to set awstats as the default program, insteat of webalizer (when not using that plugin)?
I am pointing to the user level - Domain Webalizer Stats, is it possible to change that to webalizer?

Thanks,
Kris

Not that I'm aware of. Awstats isn't included with DA by default so you are going to need admin level access to DA to install an Awstats plugin. There are a couple of plugins available which I've tried on other DA systems. The previous one I tried, the default stats package used by the users could only be set by the admin. With this plugin, once the admin has installed it, the users can select which stats package they wish to use, and they can switch back and forth.

I have admin level access, it's my own server.

Is it possible to disable the webalizer program totally, and only let the users only use awstats, because thats the only thing that seems to work for me.

Thanks,
Kris
