No Welcome Messages

I'm not sure when it happened because we've been in a try spell.....but no users are getting welcome messages anymore. I have to manually go into DA and generate/send them a new welcome email everytime someone signs up. Where is the cron job located that checks for new users and mails them the welcome message? Or, is this done when the user is created. If so, how do i correct the issue.

It should happen when the user is created.

Make certain that "Send Email" is checked when you create a new user.

Make sure that there IS an email template for new users (try creating a user and ask to modify the email so you can see the template).

Make sure that other email sent from the server is reaching end users.

Tail the /var/log/exim/mainlog while creating a user setup.

How do you resend a welcome message if the user says they have not received it?

Using the resend button. Find it at the reseller level, click to see all users, and then on the username. Note that the password cannot be retrieved so you should have DirectAdmin create a new random password and send it.
