I would just like to say a huge thanks and hats off to Jeff from NoBaloney! Years ago when I first started using DA, back in 2005 or so I hit up on WHT asking for some help. He sent me a PM, however back then I didn't act on his services as I had someone else offer at the time.
5 years later I was in a pickle, and whilst doing a search through my Mail on OSX spotlight brought up a copy of Jeff's PM to me all that time ago. I contacted him a few weeks ago, he did some work and the rest is history.
I found Jeff very witty, very funny, and at the same time very experienced, capable and professional. If you're considering DA support then give them a go.
