Non-spam email gets delivered to the spam directory

Hello,

I have this rare problem when non-spam mails are sent to the spam directory. This is what the exim logfile says:
/var/log/exim/mainlog.1:2011-07-18 20:47:08 1QiruN-00032E-UH => /var/www/da-home/<user>/Maildir/.INBOX.spam/new/ <[email protected]> F=<[email protected]> R=domain_filter T=address_file S=3505

The email has these headers:

X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.2.4 (2008-01-01) on myserver.tld
X-Spam-Level:
X-Spam-Status: No, score=-102.3 required=7.5 tests=BAYES_00,
DATE_IN_FUTURE_03_06,USER_IN_WHITELIST autolearn=no version=3.2.4

Why is it then putting the mail in /var/www/da-home/<user>/Maildir/.INBOX.spam/new/ instead of /var/www/da-home/<user>/imap/box.tld/mail/new/ ?
