Noob needs help

Hi there.

I've just been handed a dedicated server with DirectAdmin. I am attempting to set up one website and one FTP site as the Admin user. Is this possible, or do I need to set up a reseller and a user to do so?

Hey,

Yes, the admin can add websites to that account.

Basically, an Admin is a Reseller as well as a User...

As Admin, go to the User Level on the right hand side...

From there click on Domain Administration and then add your domain. Or, if Admin already has domains then click on "Domain Setup".

FTP access can be created under the domains.
