North america can't access my website, why?

I have directAdmin installed, and i'm a reseller.
it's hosted in israel, and many that i actually know from north america are trying to access one of the websites, (i gave them a few more that are on the server)
and none of them has accesss to it. it gives them a page not found error, and sometimes other errors.

what can I do? how can i unblock them?
is it because of the connection between the two countries? the rest of the world seem to have no issues viewing the website.

We don't know why it's happening, and we can't do any testing to find out because you gave us neither an IP# or a domain name to use to check.

But you can have someone who can't reach your server do a traceroute and see where the failure lies.

If the traceroute connects, then does connection to email, ftp., etc., work?

It cold be an errant firewall setting.
