In my Reseller account under the User Level, I go to "E-Mail Accounts"...the only one there is
Account / Login / Usage / PasswordQuota / Outlook Settings
[email protected] / prince / 0.0024
This account works fine, but as soon as I go 'Create New Account' and fill in say, justin, then a password and quota..
[email protected] / [email protected] / unlimited
Trying to check my email for justin@ returns this error:
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'mail.valhosting.net (1)', Server: 'mail.valhosting.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Bad login', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
I have checked and rechecked my password and the password is correct..
