Not accesible...

My account was created by Hosting company...
But from my PC nothing that have port :2222 is accesible.

Not even the demo http://directadmin.com:2222
Even after disabling Norton Firewall, it is not accessible.

I am using WIN 2000 Prof OS...
What I need to do... to be able to make the said port accessible.

Did you also diable window's built in firewall? I don't know if 2000 has it or not, but you might want to check it out. The last service pack for xp turns on the built-in firewall.
Make sure that no other programs are running on your computer that could possibly be blocking port 2222.
Lastly, you might want to check with your isp and find out if they block connections over port 2222.

I've found some clients who use aol browser sometimes have difficulties in accessing the login screen.

Are you using AOL?

If so they were able to login to www.domain.com/config (even though it redirects to :2222)
