Not all usernames in CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW

A few days ago we migrated to another server, we copied all the stuff to the new one but after that some usernames do not show up in CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW.

So we changed the value to 25 in /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf, but we still can't see the users in CMD_ALL_USER_SHOW. Is there any way to recover the users?
