Not authorised to download update package?

Here's an error when i try installing Direct Admin on a new server.

I've already added in an IP to the liscence in my account.

Any idea how i can solve this prob? Thanks
 
Have you chosen the correct OS/IP with Directadmin support? you may wish to double check your licence/client ID's.

The error message is quite descriptive. DirectAdmin sales has to authorize you to use your ClientID and LicenseID for the IP# address.

Well I have the same error message. DA was working on the server and I decided to rebuild because of errors with imap and Dovecot. Clearly not a problem from my part. Same machine, same IP nothing different as far as I am aware. Have emailed sales and support and still waiting stuck in the server room for over three hours now.

Also check if your DA licensed ip is the main ip in your box. if not, set it be the main ip and your problem will be solved.
