If you did not get a reply within several days it might mean any of the following:
- you need to search the forums for existing similar threads, as nobody might want to reply the same threads, when we know the similar threads already exists with replies. Use Google (or any other search engine) to search forum.directadmin.com, help.directadmin.com and www.directadmin.com.
- you did not provide enough information for us to guess what a root cause might be behind your issue. Provide as much details as possible, including OS version and MySQL version, etc.
- nobody knows an answer.
