not function phpmyadmin in directadmin

he i am new user,
when i create a new database or add new user in phpmyadmin into panel directadmin not function
(create new db)
An error occurred querying the users table SELECT command denied to user 'root'@'localhost' for table 'user'
That user already Exists

or
(create new user)
Create New Database User
Error getting list of database users: SELECT command denied to user 'workspace_root'@'localhost' for table 'db'
none

please help me...and excuse me for my bad english!!!!

If I understand you correctly, you first added a databse in phpMyAdmin. That doesn't tell DirectAdmin about the database, which may be causing the problem.

If I'm correct, then try removing the database with phpMyAdmin, and then creating it with DirectAdmin. Then you should be able to use DirectAdmin to manage it.

No phpadmin at all ??

Hi, I am also somewhat new to DA, not as a user/reseller, but as an admin.
After install today (by my hosting provider) I cannot find phpadmin at all.
it is looking at 222.222.33.333/phpadmin. Is that correct? I also tried to search for it through SSH and cannot find the install.
What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
