Hello everyone,
I am just curious to known something.
With putty, my "locale" command indicates "LANG=en_US.UTF-8".
When I create a file called "zé.txt", the unix transforms it to "z?.txt", it is correct even my lang uses UTF-8?
UTF-8 is not supposed to handle accented characters like "éàù..."?
thank you to point me the right direction on that!
