Hello,
I've just installed DirectAdmin and have one issue...
I am using my hosts nameservers, which are
ns1.rapidswitch.com
ns2.rapidswitch.com
and I followed the instructions on your website to stop bind.
My domain, wondercall.com, is pointing to those nameservers - in fact while I was running VirtualMin I could visit the site fine on this server, so I'm sure they are working ok.
If I traceroute I end up on my dedicated server's ip fine. However, if I go to www.wondercall.com, I am unable to connect.
I have set myself up as a reseller, then a user under that. Then, as a user I have added the wondercall.com domain. The directory /home/user_account/domains/wondercall.com/public_html has an index.html in it.
I have been up all night, and I can't see the wood for the trees.
Can anyone help me please?
*edit
forgot to mention that my rapidswitch A records for www are present (also for blank & *). They haven't changed since the domain was working on VirtualMin. *
Many thanks,
Squiffy.
ps - wasn't quite sure how to word that heading!
