Even errors also will not be displayed.
i used .htaccess in my site

While that's true in English (a double-negative makes a positive), it's not true in all languages (German comes to mind as one). When someone unfamiliar with all the ins and outs of English attempts to ask for help, we should perhaps be more willing to help than to attempt to correct his/her English.
