[notice] child pid 2790 exit signal Segmentation fault

Hello,

i have a problem in server

aftre i rebot server today i got this error lines in httpd error log
[Fri Apr 24 18:51:18 2009] [notice] child pid 2789 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
[Fri Apr 24 18:51:18 2009] [notice] child pid 2790 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
[Fri Apr 24 18:51:18 2009] [notice] child pid 2791 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
[Fri Apr 24 18:51:18 2009] [notice] child pid 2792 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
[Fri Apr 24 18:51:18 2009] [notice] child pid 2793 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)

i try to search about this error more times in DA Forums & google but i cant get a solution for this..also i try to disable some modules but nothin.. same problem!! also i try to stop php files.. this error stop when i stop apache only can anyone there tell me what i can do to fix it?
