NS not changed when restoring back on diferent server

Hello team,

When I have a few users who I want to transfer to another server, and I select to restore using the NEW machine's IPs, the IPs are changed perfectly,. but not the NS records. The old ones are kept.

So when the user finally changes his domains DNS entries, havoc ocurrs.

Is this normal behavior ? Or a bug ?

I always end up going in there and changing them manually, for each domain on each user... pain in the curved member.
 
Hello,

A feature was added a while back that gives resellers/admins the option to use the old ones, or the new ones.

There is a checkbox at the bottom of the Restore page that lets you setup the option.. If you have an old version of DA or customized skin, you might not have it.

Holy Moly !

There it is ! I actually use the Enhanced skin, just didn't see that option aaaalll the way down the screen, hehe maybe it should be right below the IP selection ?

Just a a suggestion ;)
