NS problem

Hello, im running Direct Admin on Debian Etch, for some reason my nameservers don't work. I put my nameservers up exactly how that guide at "How-To Guides" section told me to put them, and still they don't work.
I have tried two diffrend domains (both are from diffrend providers the other is .fi and other .net and if you don't know only place where you cant buy .fi domain is from Ficoras domain page whitch is .fi domains supervising authority and Ficora requires atleast two working nameservers before they give green light to change from old nameservers (whitch don't work anymore because my old nameservers aren't up anymore).
Ficoras page keeps telling me error like this: "Time-Out, no response from nameservers". I tried to check Binds configs files manually, but i didn't find anything that could be wrong.

Did you check your firewall to make sure it was not blocking port 53?

We cannot help you any further with the domain and the nameservers.
 
Firewall is not blocking port 53. I also noticed when i was trying reload named settings it gave me error like this: Reloading domain name service...: bindrndc: connect failed: 127.0.0.1#953: timed out

Is 127.0.0.1 excluded of your firewall rules?
a netstat -an |grep -i listen has port 953 listening?
