NS to resseler doesnt work.

Hello..
I have one box with 4 ips.
2 ips its for admin and 2 ips was free.
Now the free ips its belong to resseler account and the resseler make them shared.
Resseler have register with domain the name servers NS1 and NS2.
We try to point domain to this name servers byt domain doesnt seem to response.
domain is www.ircx.gr .
i try to access the ip direct and i cannot see apache page is this normal?(here is the IP )

Can someone please help?

(resseler account that have the same ns1 ns2 work normal RESSELER DOMAIN )

Is i use IP/~useraccount account works..

It appears you have not added ircx.gr to your server because it is not giving an answer for it when being queried.

Correct. The ip appears to be NOT shared (otherwise the message would be "this ip is being shared") and no index file has been uploaded. That is why you get the permission error.

If you did not share it from the reseller level first then it is NOT shared.

Maybe you need to restart named because you server is definitely not answering for ircx.gr.
