number of connections to MySQL

I've got a server with DA. You can't change the number of connections to MySQL from DA panel, but you can from consule.
I just don't know how to do that.
Can you help?

phpMyAdmin is also capable of setting this limit on a per-user or per-database basis with enough privileges (root or da_admin)

Actually it's only on an account basis I think.
When logged in as da_admin goto the Privileges page. Then simple modify the user of your choice and make the configurations in the Resource Limits boxes.
